eCell allows you to select a section of the worksheet and sort the data in that section. To sort the data, first select the area by clicking Select->Cells/Rows/Columns and roll the wheel to select the right area (hold down the ALT button while you scroll to move your selection horizontally). Once you selected the area you want to sort, switch the focus back to the toolbar (click Focus->Toolbar) and the click on the A-Z or Z-A sort buttons. eCell sorts cells based on the value of the cells in the first selected column.
