eWord has a feature to send rich formatted html emails. Alternatively you may email MS Word documents as attachments from within eWord.

Select File->E-mail from the main menu of eWord or press the e-mail toolbar button. An e-Mail dialog will appear.

Enter the recipient’s e-mail address in the “Mail to” field, and fill in the subject line. If you wish to send a rich formatted email leave the “As Attach” checkbox clear. If you wish to attach a MS Word document, check the box. Press the “Send” button. The message will be sent and placed in the sent items folder of the standard RIM mail client.

Note that you need to have a standard RIM mail client configured to send email from the same address you provided in the eWord registration information. Otherwise mail will be bounced back to the sender.
