eWord and eOffice allow users to save and edit attachments that arrive by e-mail on the handheld. To save an e-mail attachment, do the following: open the message, click on the wheel to open menu. In the menu, select “Save to eOffice”.
You will have the option to save the message body or attachments. Select “Save attachment” and the message with attachments will be sent to the eOffice Converter Server for processing. You will be notified as soon as the message is processed.
The attachments are then stored on the eOffice Converter Server and will be immediately accessed in the folder named “mailattachments”. The documents can then be copied to the device, edited and sent by e-mail (see the following section of this manual).
