Distribution Partners are organizations that resell DynoPlex
software for wireless devices in an agreed upon territory. Distribution Partner
Program implies three different commitment-and-benefit levels that are explained
below.
DynoPlex Value Added Reseller ("VAR" Partner) -
VAR Partners try to do their best to sell DynoPlex software to their customers
but no predefined sales level commitment is required of them. This
partnership model is best suited for small businesses, consultants or ISVs who
want to add intelligent, wireless office applications to their product offering.
DynoPlex “Premier” Partner – Premier Partners are organizations that resell DynoPlex software for wireless devices as part of a complete solution that generally includes additional 3rd party software, as well as value-added services. Premier Partners can market and sell DynoPlex solutions, as well as install, configure, deploy and provide post-sales support for DynoPlex customers in an agreed upon territory. This partnership is best suited for systems integrators, consultants or ISVs who provide leading edge solutions to end customers and want to add intelligent, wireless office applications to their solution offering. Premier Partners receive the added benefits of consulting services for custom development solutions, and funding for marketing done in conjunction with DynoPlex. Although the minimal annual investment commitment is set at $50,000 for this level of partnership, that target is offset by deep discounts on DynoPlex software and the greater amount of complimentary specialist training provided. Premier Partnership is also ideal for companies specializing in a certain market or geographical region.
DynoPlex "Master" Partner –
Master Partners are those organizations that have made the highest commitment to sales and service, and generally produce well over $1 million in “net to DynoPlex” revenues. They have the ability to sell complete solutions, including software, middleware and other services to their customer base, and they work with DynoPlex to integrate wireless document management solutions into their customers’ businesses. Typically
Master Partners have national or even global coverage capabilities. They have their own services staff, but also leverage third party, high quality services companies in order to optimize their scalability. As part of their status,
Master Partners are awarded deep discounts on volume software purchases (determined on an individual basis).
