If you are planning to switch to a different device and use your eWord on it, you need to change registration information. To do that visit the Clients section of DynoPlex web site at http://clients.dynoplex.com/eFile/web-access and select “Profile Management”. Then select “Change PIN”. Enter the new PIN then press CHANGE. After that register your installed applications through registration wizard as described in the Confirm Existing Registration section.
