When you install eSpell, by default it launches in demo mode. If you would like to purchase a registration for your copy, visit http://www.dynoplex.com in the “Buy Now “section. Once you have paid for your registration, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to finish the registration process on your device. Once you have installed eSpell on the device and launched eFile, you will see the registration wizard.

Seven-Day Free Trial

Please note that a seven-day free trial is provided to all users free of charge. The free trial provides complete functionality of all eOffice applications for a limited time, which enables the user to fully evaluate the software and all its features. To activate the free trial, please, go to Setting ->Register and select “Sign Up for a Free Trial” option.

Registering Applications on the Device

In order to register your application, launch the registration wizard from eFile (Start Menu->Settings->Register) or from the main menu of eSpell itself (eSpell->Register).

Please note that if your free seven-day trial had expired, the Registration Wizard will launch automatically upon entering any of the applications.

The Registration Wizard dialog box contains a choice of two actions to perform:

  • Activate Commercial License;
  • Confirm Existing Registration;
  • Sign up for a fre trial.

Select the desired action and proceed to the registration page.

Activate Commercial License

You should select Activate Commercial License if you have purchased the software and have received the Registration Key. You should not use this option if you have replaced you old device with a new one. In this case, first change the PIN as described in the “Changing Devices” section further in this chapter, and then follow the steps in the “Confirm Existing Registration” section.

Enter your Registration Key into the fields and press “Submit”.

A dialog box will show up to collect information to be associated with the key – this will only be used for support purposes.

If your device is not provisioned for wireless internet access through your carrier or your company, you might try selecting “Registration by e-mail” in Start->Settings->Network.

If you select “Registration by E-mail”, you will see a dialog box informing you that a registration request has been sent to the server. The server will process it and you will receive a registration message back. It contains your registration status and registration information about your applications. Once the message arrives, you will see the following dialog box.

Note that the registration process will not finish if you select “No”.

You should select “Yes” to proceed with the registration process.

After the process is completed you can check your application status. To view your status, select Start ->Settings->Register or launch the registration wizard from the main menu of eSpell itself. Then select “Activate Commercial License”, to view your application status. To exit the dialog box select “Close”.

If you have selected a regular provider (not Registration by E-mail), your registration will process immediately after you press “Submit”.

Confirm Existing Registration

You should select “Confirm Existing Registration” if you have purchased and registered the software already and are reinstalling it on the same or on a different device. If you are installing it on a different device, you first need to change the PIN as described in the “Changing Devices” section further on in this chapter and then proceed with the instructions in this section.

Press “Submit”, and the system will connect to the server to confirm your registration and download registration keys.

If your device is not provisioned for wireless internet access through your carrier or your company, you might try selecting registration by e-mail in Start->Settings->Network.

If you select Registration by E-mail, a registration message will be send from your device. You can select “Close” to leave this dialog.

Then you will receive reply for this message. It contains your registration status and registration information about your applications.

After the process is completed you can check your application status. To view your status, select Start Menu->Settings->Register or launch the registration wizard from the main menu of eSpell itself. Then select “Confirm Existing Registration” to view your application status. To exit the dialog box select “Close”.

If you have selected a regular provider (not Registration by E-mail), your registration will be executed immediately after you press “Submit”.
