This section is intended for hosted customers only. If you have a corporate BES and MDS server please have your system administrator contact DynoPlex for the options of setting up the eFile Converter Server on your network.

Once files are saved from eWord over the wireless network, they are stored by the eFile Converter Server in a file tree created for each user. The files then can be accessed from a desktop through one of two ways – via an eFile Desktop Converter, or from the Client section of the web site.

eFile Desktop Converter

The right pane of the Desktop Converter presents the content of either the device itself, or the of the Converter Server. To toggle between the two, go to the dropdown above the pane and select “Device Files” for the device content or “Wireless Server” for the content of Converter Server. When you select the Converter Server for the first time, the popup box will prompt you to enter your user ID and password. Use the same ID and password that you used to register your eWord application. Once you log in, you can copy files to and from the Converter Server by dragging them between the panes.

Client Section of DynoPlex’s Web Site

On http://www.dynoplex.com, follow the Clients’ link, which will bring you to a login page. Enter the ID and password that you used for registration. Once you log in you will see the list of folders, files and menu actions you can take. You can download and upload files, create folders, delete and rename files and folders, change your password and unregister your copy on this device if you are planning to switch to a different device.
